We have meeting rooms of all shapes and sizes – from smaller rooms for the weekly catchup to the 10-person boardroom located in the former bank vault (now that’s a way to impress a client) and you can book them by the hour.

Private Offices

A company HQ with all the flexibility your business needs

Finally, everyone in the same room (and we don’t mean the Zoom kind). Book a private office for the whole team, with access to all that In The Bank has to offer. We’ve got studios for 2, 4, 5 and 20 people. Available on short-term rolling contracts to suit your requirements.

FAQs

  • You don’t have to be a member to book our facilities.

  • Our friendly reception staff are on call during the opening hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm.

    They are on hand if you’d like to book a meeting room, need something printed or have any other questions.

  • Yes, you can have parcels delivered here if you’re an In The Bank member. Collect your mail from reception during our working hours 8.30am – 5.00pm.

  • We have secure visitor car parking available for up to 2 hours, including EV charging spaces, and cycle parking on site (available at an extra cost). The entrance to the car park is from Police Station Road. Alternatively, West Malling High Street Car Park is a minutes’ walk and West Malling station car park is a 9 minute walk which provides for all-day parking.

  • What’s an office without good coffee, right? All kitchens are fully stocked with coffee, tea and milk. You’re welcome to bring your own lunch and pop it into the fridge in any of the kitchens.

  • All meeting rooms have wall-mounted screens with video conferencing.

  • This will be handled by our friendly reception team. (Your secrets are safe with us.)

  • This can be handled by our friendly reception team.

  • Yes, we can carry out tours during the week. Please get in touch to request a tour appointment.

  • We can offer a service to act as your registered address for your business.

A friendly note: Our flexible workspace is housed in a beautiful Grade II Listed building and, unfortunately, we don't have a lift to the upper floors. However, we do have meeting rooms on the ground floor, depending on availability.
